Non RIMM Consumer Changes Mind!

Good entry level smartphones for new users who want to save without paying the high price. However, Verizon has pricey data and text messenging plans which are a requirement. It's hard to justify the plan prices for such an average entry level device when Sprint and TMobile offer unlimited everything for only thirty dollars a month. With Verizon, thirty bucks only gets you data and nothing else.

BlackBerry Torch 9800 Phone, White (AT&T)

I've struggled with how to review this phone. I've decided to give it 4 stars as a phone, its intended purpose, to receive and send phone calls, it's reception is phenomenal. Quite simply, the best reception I've ever had. I have reception in places that nobody has reception in. I've heard the same from many other Blackberry users. BB has the best cell phone reception, period, and the race isn't even close.

this probably the best, and the most expensive phone I've ever owned. I've had a few other phones for T-mobile, (sidekick, samsung comback and smiley, and gravity, and two nokia music xepress phones) but The blackberry beats em all.

Im a first time user, and I gave to say that I love it so far. The new OS that come with it is fast, (faster than my bros BB, which carries the previous OS), the qwerty keeyboard is nice and easy to type with. THe 5 MP camera/ video recorder is awesome too. And the screen... nice a crisp!

It also come with a few other perks, an mp3 player, email, IM messenger, social apps and many other cool apps I can't even get into detail with. BUY THIS PHONE! YOU'LL LOVE IT!!!

I bought this phone on the day it came out and I have to say that I am not disappointed at all. If you like a pull-out/physical keyboard, then this phone is not for you. But if you like the touchscreen, this is an amazing phone. I find the new sure-press screen very comfortable to type on, and the phone's capabilities are terrific. I've already synced my iTunes music to the phone and no longer carry around an iPod.
The network speed when using the Internet is great, but of course that's because Verizon has a solid network

Review Blackberry Pearl 8100

The BlackBerry has daylong been similar with playing. Celebrated finest as an addictive organized tool for professionals who beggary always-on hit to e-mail, Research In Occurrence's device has had something of a decorous representation compared with today's multimedia-savvy phones. But that's active to locomote.

If you're looking for a smartphone that isnt bulky like the 8700, I would get the Pearl. DO NOT get the Cingular Pearl. It is disgusting though it does have the PushToTalk feature. The 1.3 MP camera isn't so bad. I like how you can put in a 2GB microSD card. I just place 1GB of MP3s, 0.5GB of pictures and 0.5GB of apps/games. Now I don't need to carry my iPod Nano around with me. Many upgradable "free" apps. Many accessories for it. All the accessories I have for my Pearl are free because I am a reviewer :) I still get free updated products. I also sell the Pearl battery doors because it seems like many are easily scratched or breaks. I would recommend the BestSkinsEver invisible skin. Same product as ShieldZone but 50% cheaper. As far as case, go with Seidio Rubberized Case (black) and does not attract lint. I am waiting for the BlackBerry Crimson that comes out late Spring. It will have Wi-Fi. -drools-The Pearl does have a downside and that is sometimes it...
